Having served as in-house counsel and outside general counsel for a variety of clients, Bill and Matt understand the concerns of business owners and senior management and tailor advice to help clients find practical solutions consistent with business objectives.
Bill and Matt previously practiced together in the firm Taylor Gutierrez Marca, LLP, from which Matthew went on to become a shareholder in the Washington DC office of Littler Mendelson, PC, and Bill went on to become a Shareholder and Director of Carr McClellan Ingersoll Thompson & Horn Professional Law Corporation in Burlingame, California. Bill and Matt have decided to join forces once again to provide outstanding legal services in California and Washington DC, including business and employment counseling and litigation.
